Priority on Education

Education is a top priority at RSM Richter, and the goal of our internship program is to provide new employees with a set of practical tools and industry knowledge that will launch their accounting career. We offer students three to four paid study days for each course that they take. In addition, RSM Richter offers flexible work hours, enabling them to leave work early to attend classes.

All RSM Richter professionals benefit from our professional development programs, which include mentoring, career path planning, bonuses and salary increases related to certifications, and numerous in-house and external training options.
