We value the people who make up the RSM Richter family. We are a close group that operates on first names, not employee numbers. We support one another during business hours and we take the time to get to know one another outside the office. Team sports, firm events and a number of committees allow for interaction with all members of our team.
Our balance
We subsidize gym memberships and stay active with our volleyball, hockey, soccer and softball teams. We have drinks, coffee, teas, soups and fresh fruit in the office year-round and during busy season we have an unlimited supply of snacks and dinners delivered to the office. We have a number of annual social events and firm-sponsored charity events and there are many ways to get involved.
