Our regular business hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. However, RSM Richter offers a variety of flexible work arrangements, including flexible start and finish hours, shortened or compressed work-weeks and telecommuting, with corporate subsidies for Internet access. Every employee also has 3 personal days at their disposal, to use at their full discretion.

Summer Weekend Hours
At RSM Richter, a “summer weekend” is a “long weekend”. To take advantage of the summer, RSM Richter reduces its business hours on Fridays, finishing at 1:00 p.m. Summer hours start July 1st and end Labour Day weekend.
