Our regular business hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. However, RSM Richter Chamberland offers a variety of flexible work arrangements, including flexible start and finish hours, shortened or compressed work-weeks and telecommuting, with corporate subsidies for Internet access. Every employee also has 3 personal days at their disposal, to use at their full discretion.
