Jean-François Coutu joined Richter more than 13 years ago. During his career, he had the opportunity to supervise several teams within the Assurance division and take part in various engagements involving companies in the real estate and manufacturing industries. He then joined the Tax division and has developed in-depth expertise in Canadian corporate taxation, mainly with regard to medium-sized private companies.

Jean-François excels in managing complex engagements and in tax and estate planning, and plays a role in various tax assignments relating to mergers and acquisitions of enterprises. His strength resides in his ability to identify tax risks and opportunities and in issuing effective recommendations and business advice.
