The firm donates to more than 80 Canadian non-profit organizations, supporting areas such as education, healthcare, the environment and the arts. In addition to our monetary contributions, here are a few of the events organized to support our Community:

Community Day:
On June 2nd, 2011, close to 600 employees from RSM Richter Chamberland and Oslers spent the day in the community, lending a hand to 23 organizations in the greater Montreal area and Québec City.

Prostate Cancer Canada
In 2010, RSM Richter made a $150,000 donation to Prostate Cancer Canada, to support innovative Canadian BRCA 1/2 Prostate Cancer Network and the fight against the most common cancer to afflict Canadian men.

Annual Centraide Fundraising Drive
Every year, partners and staff members from our Montreal office participate in a two-month campaign to raise funds for Centraide. In 2010 the Firm raised $100,000 via a wide variety of events and targeted activities that involved all employees.
Annual Student Fundraising Event
One of the summer’s highlights for our students is the organization and execution of a corporate-wide fundraising campaign for various charities, such as the Foundation of Stars. The interns work together to raise money through creative events such as raffles, jeans day, competitions and parties. In 2011, students raised over $8,000 for charity.
