Last year was, without a doubt, a difficult and turbulent year for many Canadian businesses. Despite the challenges resulting from the recent financial crisis, 2009 was a year of great change and tremendous achievement for RSM Richter. As we transitioned to a new leadership we have seen continued growth and success for our Firm. We welcome 2010 and look forward to further establishing RSM Richter as a leader in our marketplace.
In this issue of Alumni, we once again proudly highlight RSM Richter’s home grown talent. From his days as a summer student to his ascendency through our firm to his leadership status in our Restructuring practice, David Sieradzki is profiled – he has called Richter home for the past 10 years! We also look at the remarkable professional journey of our alumnus, Stewart Fleming, who today is the CFO of Canadian Paper Connection Inc.
As we are dedicated to bringing our clients and friends the most valuable and up-to-date information relevant to the growth of their businesses, we have also marked our foray into Web 2.0 technologies. Our first webinar, which looked at the implications of HST on businesses, was a tremendous success and we look forward to providing our clients and friends with other relevant learning opportunities.
Furthermore, we highlight the success of our annual recruiting survey which received coverage in both national and local media.
