Three-Day Québec City Training & Team Building
Our internship program kicks-off with a three-day training program in Québec City. This introduction to our summer program includes technical training and team building activities that allow all RSM Richter interns to get to know each other in a laid-back environment. It is a wonderful and fun opportunity to create relationships and friendships at the beginning of the internship. |

Young Professionals Club
Because networking is such an important asset in the professional services industry, the Firm created the Young Professionals Club in 2006, as a complement to our existing official training and internship programs. The club includes multi-generational members from our Firm and the business community at large. Its members organize a number of activities throughout the year, including conferences and seminars, fund-raising and networking events, to encourage communication and foster relationship-building between our senior staff and the next generation of decision makers.
Friday Activities
Throughout the program, summer students participate in team building activities to further cement their relationships. This year’s activities included dragon boat racing at the Olympic Basin, and an “Amazing Race” throughout the streets of Montréal.
Firm-wide Summer Events
Because we strongly believe that life is not all work and no play, RSM Richter has a company-sponsored social committee that organizes numerous events and activities. Here are some of the fun activities that students are invited to attend:

- Wine and Cheese – Happy Hour
- Team Events and Retreats
- Summer Jazz Fest Event
Many other events are organized to develop and strengthen friendships among colleagues and the sense of belonging to the RSM Richter community.
