UFE Certification Program

All Canadian-trained CAs must write the profession's uniform evaluation, the UFE. It is an extremely difficult, three-day evaluation that challenges candidates to demonstrate their proficiency in all CA competencies. While the average UFE success rate for Québec students is 79%, RSM Richter’s students have maintained an impressive UFE pass rate of over 85%.

RSM Richter’s industry-leading UFE Preparation Program is designed to support new professionals in obtaining their certification, and includes the following:

  • UFE simulations, designed to recreate a typical day at the UFE, with comprehensive feedback from our own experienced markers. The UFE simulations are extremely important as they provide students with the practical experience, writing tools, and strategy necessary to successfully complete the evaluation.
  • Full-day external and internal preparatory courses led by some of the best professional UFE coaches in the industry, with testimonials from past students and detailed debriefing sessions on some of the simulation data.
  • Access to UFE coaches on an individual basis throughout the summer, providing continuous feedback on their efforts.

The Firm also supports the students financially, with subsidies to cover the costs of association memberships, supplemental coaching reimbursement, examination fees, study materials, and four weeks salary to cover the time spent in the program. Training and mandates
