This Mercuriade rewards an innovative workforce management strategy that promoted employee retention and loyalty, attracted quality employees, developed the workforce and helped prepare for workforce turnover.

Our Firm was named a Regional Winner for Canada’s 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures award.

This award recognizes leading Canadian organizations for having a culture that has helped them enhance performance and sustain a competitive advantage.  We were one of 10 companies in Quebec and Atlantic Canada to receive this nomination.

This recognition is extremely important to us, as we truly believe that investing in our young professionals is the key to the health of our organization. Today, with an average age of 35 at our Firm, we will continue to develop our programs geared towards the next generation and look for innovative ways to help our young people reach their career goals. We are proud of our events and programs, such as Community Day, our networking evening for young leaders and of course, our UFE programs, which are reflective of our continuous career development values.
